The Main Body of Project
Process Model: Main Process
In this section shows the CIMpgr applying with the Blue in Green Recycling and Manufacturing Company. This method is used for help the reader to simplify complicated process also it can show the vision of the Project Manager. The graphical model also informs what the company need for process and what the final outcome of the whole process. The A0 Parent Layer, Figure-2, illustrates the factors and their priorities which means the most important input is I1A0: Customer Requirements, resource: R1A0: Engineers and Labors, Control: Safety Standard and Output: Customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:
The Blue in Green Recycling and Manufacturing Company was founded to reduce a large amount of waste plastic that has continuously increased in every year and tends to be the world problem. The innovative processing and creative products will be invent and supply to the customers that concern about sustaining environment and increasing value of the product.
In the term of designing quality, the process of product design in the BGRM Company is the most valuable process. The new type of recycle plastic product will be created to serve customer satisfaction. As you can see in the child process A2, the product design process will get input from the A1 including customer requirements and product specification and receive resource including Software & Tools, Technical Consultants, Documents Process Data to ensure that the new product will satisfy the customers and meet the standard of quality
In the case of Green Engineering, the manufacturing process will mainly use renewable energy from solar plant and wind turbine. Also the manufacturing process will corporate with automation process to monitor the energy usage in the factory.
More Collaboration:
The Blue in Green Recycling and Manufacturing Company has four major collaborative companies to work as a partner, consult in specialist field and supply the advance technology to make high standard of product design and quality of production which are:
PENTAX A RICOH COMPANY:
A global technology company specializing in office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems and IT services. The Pentax’s products mostly are various kinds of camera, this collaborative company will be one of the partner that will provide BGRM its requirement. So, this company will work for the input at A0 process for customer requirements and for research & development.
SONY HANDYCAM:
The Sony Corporation is the electronics business unit and the parent company of the Sony Group, which is engaged in business through its four operating segments – Electronics (including video games, network services and medical business), Motion pictures, Music and Financial Services. These make Sony one of the most comprehensive entertainment companies in the world. The product that we will work with Sony is video camera body that is same segment as Pentax camera, so, this comapy will also work for the input at A0 process for customer requirements and for researh & development.
SEW EURODRIVE:
As a world leader in drive technology and a pioneer in drive-based automation, SEW-EURODRIVE has established a reputation for quickly solving the most difficult power transmission and motion control challenges. The company introduced the gearmotor in 1931. In the 80 years since then,it have been bringing the best in drive technology to our customers. That commitment has led to a history of innovations — the first variable speed gearmotor, early development of electronic drives, some of the first successful efforts to decentralize control, and the first motor with energy-efficient copper rotors. Since the long experience of energy control and manufacturing technology this company will take part in the A0 on both input for automation manufacturing technology and resource for automation machine and training program.
THE ASSOCIATION FOR MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY(AMT):
The AMT represents and promotes the United States based manufacturing technology and its members, those who design, build, sell and service the continuously evolving technology that lies at the heart of manufacturing. This company will help the BGRM company to fing other partner such as inventory and recycle product specialists for supporting product design and development. The other thing that the AMT can helps the BGRM Company to find new customers that since the AMT has had many good connection with various typr of companies. So, the AMT could be help us in that A0 ouput process.
