Introduction and Objectives of the Project
The Blue in Green Recycling and Manufacturing Company, BGRM, is the expert plastic manufacturing company that supplies that focusing on the premium grade products and concerning to preserve the environment. Regarding to protect the ecosystem and concerning global warming issue, The BGRM company has planned to process the high quality plastic from recycle products with automation process.
The objectives of the assignment 1 is to implement TQM modelling method with The BGRM company for the process planning, plastic processing design, manufacturing automative control and product quality control. All of the processes of The BGRM company will concern about protect the environment, reduce the cost of production with high standard by using automation technology and reach the safety requirements.
A Brief Description of the Methodologies Applied
The tool that will be used to illustrate and simplify each process in this assignment is called CIMpgr method, developed by Professor Paul G. Ranky PhD. The CIMpgr method can help the user to improve the vision of the project that will be applied to integrated tools and technology for process of analyze, design, implement, operation, project management development etc.

The process diagram in the figure.1 has shown the functions of each layer. The top layer, parent layer or Layer 0, illustrates the top view of the process which consist of 4 child processes in middle layer, child layer or Layer 1. Consequently, the Layer 1 has explained the behaviors and what to what of each layer step-by-step, this diagram integrates many kind of tools in various industries. Moreover, the process diagram also displays the priority of the process also informs Inputs, Controls, Resources and Outputs.
